PAYMENT: We gladly accept VISA and MasterCard. When paying by credit card, please provide credit card information, card number, expiration date, V Code (3 digit code located on back of card) including the mailing address and zip code of the billing address for the credit card used. You may also pre-pay your order by check. Please allow additional time to process your order.
SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped Federal Express Ground unless another shipping method is requested. Express shipping is available. Please notify your sales representative for rates and methods. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your shipment to arrive.
RATES: Your shipping rates will depend upon the total weight of your package and the destination. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your total purchase upon shipment.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. If loss or damage is found, please contact Purple Sun within 3 days of receipt. Please keep damaged product and original box, as the carrier will not pay claims for freight damage unless they can inspect the product and damaged carton. Upon inspection of product we will promptly issue a credit or refund, whichever you prefer.
RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, upon inspection of the returned product we will promptly issue a credit or refund, whichever you prefer.
