ORDERING:  Fax orders to (707)778-2154 Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm. Minimum (2) each size/item and fragrance.

NEW ACCOUNTS:  First order credit card only. No COD's. To obtain N30 terms, please provide complete company information, 5 trade refrences and bank refrence, Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing of credit.

DAMAGED GOODS:  Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. If loss or damage is found please contact Purple Sun within 3 days of receipt. Please keep damaged product and origional box as the carrier will not pay claims for freight damage unless they can inspect the product and damaged carton. Upon inspection of product we will promptly issue a credit or refund, which ever you perfer.

RETURNS:  Due to sensitive nature of our product, no returns or exchanges are excepted. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any approved returns. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

PAYMENT:  All invoices must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date. When paying by credit card please provide credit card information, card number, expiration date, V-code (3 digit code located on the back of card) including the mailing address and zip code of billing address for the credit card used. All credit card payments made after 10 days of ship date will be subject to a 2.75% service fee on the total balance. If credit card information is obtained and billed upon shipment, the 2.75% service fee will be waived. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, will be charged to all past due accounts. Customer will be held liable for all collection cost on unpaid debts. $25.00 service charge on all NSF
